Global Repair respects our visitors' right to privacy. We implement industry standards to insure all of our visitors have appropriate protection. Automatic Collection 

We do not pursue automatic collection of information other then standard statistic retention as with most servers. Email addresses of visitors are not recorded unless we are contacted.

Global Repair does not use cookies on our website.

Email Addresses

Email addresses submitted will be retained for customer service purposes. We may occasionally contact you to inform you of new products, prices or services. If we contact you and you do not wish to remain on our contact list please respond via email stating your objections and you will be removed from our list immediately. No email addresses are shared with third parties.

Visitor-Keyed Information

We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

Standard Keyed information for transaction purposes will be retained to complete transactions and for customer service purposes. Registration data, transaction information, dates, purchases and amounts will be retained for accounting and tax purposes. Inaccuracies may be corrected by contacting sales@globalrepair.ca

Customer numbers or passwords may be required to change or verify information. If passwords or verification numbers are lost or forgotten, they may be reissued or new ones may be provided, by contacting us via email. You will be required to verify your identity.

Mailing Addresses

Mailing addresses and postal codes are not shared with third party companies other then for the purpose of delivery for products ordered.

Telephone Numbers

Phone numbers submitted online will be retained for customer service purposes. Phone numbers may be required for shipping purposes. We do not share phone numbers with third party companies other then for shipping. You may be contacted via phone for order confirmation or delivery clarification. You may also be contacted as a follow up to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a call from us and wish to be removed from any existing lists, please email us or call and we will remove your phone number.

Ad Servers

Global Repair does not engage in any arrangements with other companies regarding ad servers.

Security

Information industry standards for encryption and security are used when receiving or exchanging information from or to customers. We take the utmost care when handling personal data. Global Repair requests that appropriate virus protection, spy ware or any other standard browser protection be used by visitors to it's web site.

Children's Online Privacy

Global Repair Ltd does not collect information from anyone under the age of 18.  We prohibit anyone under this age from submitting information and ask that parents and guardians act accordingly so this does not happen.

Disclosure

If ordered by the courts under appropriate circumstances Global Repair Ltd might be required to release information.
